“ The claims department kept on asking for a clear copy of the settlement statement which I had submitted twice already. Moreover, I am surprised to find out that it took about 10 days time to receive the reminder letter from your claims department. I wonder why your claims department don't consider to send out email or call the customer direct to obtain more information to avoid unnecessary delay. ”
