“ 1. I want to cancel all my insurance and investment accounts under AXA. It is incredible that in the first part of consultation, the customer service could not identify that I still have one account belonging to me. Until I give a account no. which I have no letter received for many years. It is unreasonable that the account could not found by using *** no. 2. I have to complain that when I submitted application to change my correspondence address many years ago. AXA did not update the above account and take no action to contact me (such as phone no. or email) after the letters sent to me were returned. ”
