“ 客户服务响应速度太慢。我于2026年7月6日发邮件给贵司官方公布的客户服务邮箱 cs@axa.com.hk，咨询预缴利息提取的问题，直到2026年7月22日才收到贵司服务人员的回信。导致我不得不通过其他渠道委托代为领取，在收到贵司邮件时候已经处理完毕了。我实在不理解为何需要2周时间来回复一份客户邮件。 ”
