“ 我真心唔明白，其實之前都有發現，無論打電話嘅客戶服務部，昨天親身去客戶服務部，我真係有些不明白客戶服務部係第一個接待客人的部門，完全係唔識嘅，問問題係要搵專人答我，親身上嚟都係唔識嘅要撳Number見入邊嘅櫃位，我真係覺得好有問題，我都唔識形容，攞份claim form要等40分鐘，先可以取得，真係覺得有啲過分，我都唔識講，如果真係想了解情況我落嘢你打電話嚟啦。 ”
