The AXA management trainee programme strives to shape students who are soon to graduate into future leaders. We provide a variety of training, allowing management trainees to challenge themselves and to stand out in this competitive environment. The programme accepts enrollment throughout the year and it will provide in-depth understanding of wealth management, workshops to build up their network and etc., assisting students to establish their directions towards their own career development.The trainee can join AXA as an ‘Intern Agent’* through Management Trainee Programme. If he/she wishes to stay in AXA for a long-term career, he/she may apply the ‘ASP Programme’# through Agency Recruitment Team provided the trainee fully meets the application requirements.

Through a series of diverse activities and training, the programme aims to assist management trainees to unleash their potentials, to achieve all-round personal development, to enhance leadership skills and finally, to construct a professional and successful career. * Requirements for applying ‘Intern Agent’ :•	Candidates who satisfy ALL of the following criteria are eligible for applying ‘Intern Agent’ •	Students who are currently enrolled in a full-time diploma or above•	 For students who will graduate from a tertiary institute in 2020 &amp; 2021 and have never took part in any internship programme at AXA, the applications will be handled with priority •	Applicants have not previously registered with “The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers”(HKFI), &quot; Insurance Authority“ (IA), “Professional Insurance Brokers Association” (PIBA) and/or “The Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers” (HKCIB) before joining AXA Hong Kong

# Requirements for ASP Programme:•	Candidates who satisfy ALL of the following criteria are eligible for ASP Programme •	 i) Holder of a Degree or Master from university (local or overseas); or ii) Holder of a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree. Preferably with major studies in: -	Accounting, Finance -	Business Administration -	Economics, Commercial -	Financial Planning, Financial Services -	Hospitality &amp; Tourism Management -	Insurance, Risk Management -	Investment -	Marketing, Digital Marketing, -	Social Work •	 Passed IIQE Paper 1 &amp; 3, or enrolment proof of IIQE Paper 1 &amp; 3 examination; •	 Has not previously registered with HKFI, IA, PIBA and/or HKCIB before joining AXA;•	 Has not contracted with any distribution channels of the Company as a distributor in the past, except contracted as AXA intern before graduation;•	 Has less than 20 years of working experience; •	 For any deviation from the above criteria, joint written endorsement by Head of Agency Business Development and Head of Agency Recruitment is required.
