AXA Hong Kong and Macau ("AXA") announces that, in accordance with the new company re-domiciliation regime introduced by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, AXA China Region Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited (“the Company”) has completed its re-domiciliation from Bermuda to Hong Kong, and is officially renamed to “AXA China Region Insurance Company (Hong Kong) Limited” in Hong Kong, with effect from 26 January 2026.

This re-domiciliation marks the successful transfer of the Company’s registration to Hong Kong, reaffirming our commitment to the region. We remain dedicated to strengthening our long-standing base in Hong Kong, enhancing operational alignment, and continuing to deliver consistent service excellence and create long-term value for our clients.

This process does not affect the continuity of the Company's legal entity, organisational structure, or day-to-day operations. All existing rights and obligations to policyholders, distributors, and business partners remain unchanged, and all existing agreements and commitments remain in effect.
