AXA Hong Kong wins the Asia Insurance Technology Awards 2016 in the “Big Data and Analytics” catagory

AXA Hong Kong is delighted to announce that it has garnered an accolade in the “Big Data and Analytics” category of the Asia Insurance Technology Awards (AITAs) 2016 presented by the Asia Insurance Review and Celent.

The award honours AXA Hong Kong’s leadership in leveraging big data analytics to transform our customer experience and deliver on our vision to “Empower people to live a better life”. AXA recognises the power of combining smart data with appropriate analytics techniques to generate unique customer insights. This award, in particular, recognises our success in the innovative use of data and analytics to prioritise and focus our customer retention efforts.

Commenting on the accolade, Mr. Stuart Harrison, Chief Executive Officer of AXA Hong Kong, said, “The award is a true testament to AXA Hong Kong’s commitment to data technology innovation. Established in 2010, the Asia Insurance Technology Awards, jointly presented by Asia Insurance Review and research and consulting firm Celent, recognises excellence and innovation in the use of technology within the insurance industry in the Asia-Pacific region. Nominations from all across Asia-Pacific were reviewed by an international panel of Celent insurance analysts to select the very best candidates for the awards.
