Members of eligible AXA Employee Benefits policies can now enjoy the new features of "Dr@Live". In addition to the teleconsultation service, AXA has further strengthened its doctor network, offering teleconsultation with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and psychiatrists to cater for various medical needs. Whether it is an in-person or virtual consultation, customers can join an eQueue or make eAppointments at ease. The reminder feature also keeps customers on schedule with their appointment. The newly upgraded “ePrescription” feature includes medicine home delivery service for free – as quick as delivering within the same day of consultation. The new one-stop digital healthcare experience, with hassle-free online doctor search, consultation and prescription services, helps our customers save waiting time for doctor consultation and gets much-needed rest when feeling unwell.
