Hotline

In the event of a black rainstorm signal being hoisted, our servicing hotlines will operate with reduced capacity for our staff safety and wellbeing. We will resume complete hotline services one hour after the signal has been lowered and will follow normal operating hours. If you have an emergency, please call the emergency hotline listed in your policy document for assistance.

Our email services will continue to work as usual.

Service Center

In the event of a black rainstorm signal being hoisted, our service centers will be closed for our staff safety and wellbeing. If the signal is lowered before 13:00, our service centres will reopen 2 hours after the signal is lifted. If the black rainstorm signal is still in force on or after 13:00, our service centres will remain closed on that day.
