The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“TP Ordinance”) came into force in Hong Kong on 1st January 2016. Insurance policy contracts issued by AXA* in Hong Kong on or after 1st January 2016 are excluded from the application of the TP Ordinance. Any person or entity which is not a party to the relevant policy contracts shall have no rights under the TP Ordinance to enforce any terms of these policy contracts.
