AXA Hong Kong would like to draw your attention that AXA (Hong Kong) Life Insurance Company Limited (“the Company”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, now proposes to withdraw its authorisation to carry on insurance business in or from Hong Kong, and an application for such withdrawal has been made to the Insurance Authority.

The Company has ceased to carry on any class of insurance business in or from Hong Kong since 31 December 2012. The Company has no insurance policies or contracts in force and has no outstanding or other claims whatsoever under any insurance policies or contracts issued or underwritten in or from Hong Kong.

The withdrawal of authorisation of the Company has no impact on AXA Hong Kong’s life and general insurance business. AXA Hong Kong’s business are mainly operated under:
