Recently, scammers have been impersonating AXA to send fraudulent SMS messages. We hereby clarify that, starting from 5 December 2024, AXA has been using registered sender names "#AXA" or "#AXA HK" to send SMS messages to customers using local mobile services. If you receive any suspicious messages purportedly issued by AXA from any sender name other than "#AXA" or "#AXA HK", please do not click on any embedded hyperlinks in the message or call back to the sender to avoid any potential losses.
AXA hereby solemnly declares that these actions are illegal acts by fraudulent scammers impersonating AXA. AXA urges the public to remain vigilant to protect your rights and not to be deceived by scammers easily.
