1. Gather all the details and evidence regarding the accident such as photographs and witness statements
2. Download and complete relevant claim form(s)
3. Submit completed claim form(s) together with all supporting document(s) and evidence within 7 days of the accident
4. Once all required documents are received, your claim will be processed within 7 working days
5. Settlement letter and/or email will be sent to you once your claim is approved
