- Get prepare your policy details e.g. policy number, we can help you from there
Check your details via Emma by AXA
- Log in to EMMA by AXA and you can look up any details about your existing plan(s)
- If you don't have Emma by AXA, you can download it via App Store or Google Play.
How to submit your claim via Emma by AXA app?
Enjoy your digital claim journey on Emma by AXA app! You can submit claims up to HKD100,000 (subject to policy eligibility) and view claim status via Emma by AXA app.
1. Log in to Emma by AXA app
2. Click "Make a Claim" and select the relevant policy
3. Upload completed claim form(s) with all supporting document(s) within 90 days after the hospital discharge date, or after the date relevant medical service is performed and completed
4. Once all required documents are received, your claim will be processed within 7 working days
5. You will receive settlement letter and/or email after your claim is approved
