AXA General Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“AXA”) and Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Company Limited (“CTF”) have launched the first-in-market Chow Tai Fook “T MARK” Private Jewellery Insurance mobile application platform in the T MARK Mobile App in Hong Kong. This innovative insurance platform is specially designed for the customers of selected Chow Tai Fook “T MARK” jewellery (the “Jewellery”). With just a few easy steps, you can easily manage your jewellery insurance through the T MARK Mobile App and AXA will make sure you are in peace of mind throughout the jewellery protection journey.
This insurance is underwritten by AXA which is authorised and regulated by the Insurance Authority of the Hong Kong SAR. Eternal Brim Luxury Agency Limited is registered in accordance with the Insurance Ordinance (Cap. 41 of the Laws of Hong Kong) as an appointed insurance agent for AXA to distribute this insurance in Hong Kong.
Chow Tai Fook offers to pay the first 12-month premium (the “Offer” upon purchase of selected T MARK jewellery and application for a 12-month insurance worldwide coverage through T MARK Mobile App.
Only available for the application completed within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of eligible Jewellery and successfully approved by AXA.

The application must be made through T MARK Mobile App and the applicant must meet the eligibility criteria as below:

Upon received claim approval, please walk into the designated CTF retail store to purchase the replacement within 30 calendar days
