AXA Hong Kong Proudly Supports the Green Power Hike for a Sustainable Future

Hike for a greener future together with AXA Hong Kong

To live out AXA’s commitment to promoting holistic wellness and contributing to a greener and sustainable future for our community, AXA is proud to be the title sponsor of Green Power Hike, in support of the iconic annual large-scale charity hiking event in Hong Kong.

Green Power Hike is dedicated to promoting nature appreciation through hands-on hiking experience. It encourages participants to explore the ecology of Hong Kong Trail, as well as to put the “Leave-No-Trace” concept into practice by taking their own rubbish away, recycling the rubbish and reducing resource use.

Since 1994, the event has attracted more than 84,000 participants to hike for a green future. The funds raised are contributed to Green Power’s environmental education work and biodiversity conservation projects.

The 34th Green Power Hike will take place on 30 January 2027 (Saturday), featuring three routes for individual participants and teams. A brand-new 10km route will debut this year, starting from The Peak and finishing at Aberdeen Country Park, offering participants a fresh perspective of Hong Kong’s scenic countryside and an exciting new trail-running experience.

The event has also been recognised by both the UTMB Index and the International Trail Running Association (iTRA) for its 50km and 25km races, making the event even more exciting for trail runners!
