To live out AXA’s commitment to promoting holistic wellness and contributing to a greener and sustainable future for our community, AXA is proud to be the title sponsor of Green Power Hike, in support of the iconic annual large-scale charity hiking event in Hong Kong.
Green Power Hike is dedicated to promoting nature appreciation through hands-on hiking experience. It encourages participants to explore the ecology of Hong Kong Trail, as well as to put the “Leave-No-Trace” concept into practice by taking their own rubbish away, recycling the rubbish and reducing resource use.
Since 1994, the event has attracted more than 76,000 participants to hike for a green future. The fund raised is contributed to Green Power’s environmental education works and biodiversity conservation projects.
The 31st Green Power Hike will take place on 13 January 2024 (Saturday), with three routes available for individuals and teams. This year, the 25km and 50km races have been recognised as the UTMB Index Race, making the event even more exciting for hiking lovers!
From now until 1 November, AXA customers can enrol in the Green Power Hike through AXA’s dedicated priority registration link. The participation quota is 3,000 persons. To participate, please enrol on AXA’s priority registration page.
