If you have any concerns regarding your health condition, our registered nurses can provide medical advice, support case management for critical illness, as well as help locate specialist doctors in Hong Kong so you can receive the appropriate treatment information as soon as possible.
Nurse hotline is available from Mondays to Fridays 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. except public holidays.
Who is eligible for the service?
AXA Life policy holders and insured (including Life, Medical, Critical Illness, Savings, Investment Linked policies etc), Employee Benefits members and dependents can enjoy this Services.
