Tips for paying renewal premiums:

1. Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
2. Please mail the crossed cheque together with the Premium Notice / Reply Slip. Customers can submit HKD or USD cheques to pay the premiums of USD policies.
3. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
4. Policy owner name and policy number should be stated clearly on the back of the cheque.
5. If the payment is made by bank draft and cashier order, please pay along with the receipt issued by the bank.

Remarks:

Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
