Tips for paying renewal premiums and / or levy:

1. Please settle payments within 3 working days before the payment due date.
2. Please mail the crossed cheque together with the Premium Notice / Reply Slip / Levy Reminder. Customers can submit HKD or USD cheques to pay the premiums and/or levy of USD policies.
3. All payments should be made by Policyowners / insured / beneficiary and Policyholder / insured’s direct family members (including spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, father-in-law and mother-in-law). Third Party Payments will not be accepted.
4. Policy owner name, policy number and purpose of this payment (e.g.: ‘Premium payment’ or ‘Levy payment’) should be stated clearly on the back of the cheque.
5. If the payment is made by bank draft and cashier order, please pay along with the receipt issued by the bank.

Post-dated cheque will not be accepted.
