Customers with a valid email and/or mobile with AXA would automatically be extended with eStatement Service soon, beginning October 2015.

While you will continue to receive your paper statements, you can view or download eStatements* through our Life eService anytime, anywhere. You will also receive an email and /or SMS eAlert whenever your advice is ready for viewing at Life eService.

Remark:
* Premium Notice, Premium Reminder, Policy Anniversary Statement and Autopay Reject Advice will have an eStatement version during the initial launch.
