There are two ways you can do this:
Get in touch with our customer service
- Call our Customer Service hotline
- Get prepare your policy details e.g. policy number, we can help you from there
Check your details via Emma by AXA
- Log in to EMMA by AXA and you can look up any details about your existing plan(s)
- If you don't have Emma by AXA, you can download it via App Store or Google Play.
How to submit your claim?
1. Look up your preferred Network Doctor from the Network Directory* and make an appointment
2. Present your medical card upon registration at your chosen Network healthcare facility
3. Your Network Doctor will submit your claim to AXA on your behalf
4. AXA will review your application and send you a confirmation letter once it is approved
5. Begin treatment as planned without budgetary worries
