Group Therapy, more than a documentary, a docu-therapy.

The Mental Health topic is often shrouded in taboo and stigma. Yet, it is essential to recognize and share about Mind Health issues to start dealing with them.

Group Therapy is a 90-minute-long documentary available on YouTube, co-produced by AXA and Hartbeat, to remind everyone the importance of sharing and talking about Mind Health.
