<h2>Temporary suspension of net asset value calculation and dealing in units of certain investment options</h2>The valuation and dealing of certain investment option(s) have been temporarily suspended due to the suspension of valuation and dealing of its / their corresponding reference fund(s).

Nova Investment Insurance Plan/ Pavo Investment Insurance Plan/ Pulsar Investment Insurance Plan/ Pulsar II Investment Insurance Plan/ Orion Investment Insurance Plan/ Orion II Investment Insurance Plan/ Signature One/ Signature II Investment Insurance Plan (each the “Scheme” and collectively the “Schemes”)

Financial markets are currently experiencing disruption and volatility due to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. This has put extreme pressure on the valuation and liquidity of certain assets held by funds with exposure to Russia.As notified by the reference fund of the investment option (the “Affected Investment Option”) offered under the Schemes, the calculation of the net asset value per share and the issue, switch and redemption of the shares of the reference fund is suspended with effect from the date stated below until further notice.

In view of such, we are unable to provide valuation of the Affected Investment Option and have decided to suspend the allocation, cancellation and switching of the notional units of the Affected Investment Option from the Effective Date of Suspension corresponding to the Affected Investment Option until further notice pursuant to the &quot;Deferment and Limitation” provision of the policy provisions.Actions required from you:(i) If you have selected the Affected Investment Option under the Scheme in your current investment option allocation instruction – You may redirect your future investment option allocation to other investment option(s) under the Scheme.  Revision of investment option allocation instruction under the Scheme to reflect such redirection is free of charge. (ii) For instructions involving allocation, cancellation or switching of notional units of the Affected Investment Option received by us on or after the Effective Date of Suspension corresponding to the Affected Investment Option – Your instruction will not be proceeded until the valuation and the dealing of the corresponding reference fund resume.  (iii) For policies with existing holding(s) in the Affected Investment Option – Your existing holding(s) in the Affected Investment Option will remain in your policy.
