Steps to 3-Day Swift Claim Service Promise*

Loss quantum at HK$50,000 or below

Claim on Office/Shop Contents and Stock with / without involvement of independent loss adjusters

1. Acknowledge

AXA receives new claim and appoints AXA claims handler to contact the Insured within 2 working days.

2. Appoint loss adjuster

Loss adjuster (if appointed) will arrange on-site loss inspection within 1 working day.

3. AXA claim assessment

AXA receives all required supporting and completes assessment within 3 working days.

4. AXA’s offer

AXA claims handler releases Acceptance Form for Insured to confirm, sign, stamp and return to AXA.

5. Payment

AXA receives signed and stamped Acceptance Form and releases claim payment within 3 working days.

Loss quantum within range of HK$50,001 – HK$200,000

Claim on Office/Shop Contents and Stock with / without involvement of independent loss adjusters

1. Acknowledge

AXA receives new claim and appoints independent loss adjuster or AXA claims handler to contact the Insured within 2 working days.

2. Appoint loss adjuster

Loss adjuster (if appointed) will arrange on-site loss inspection within 1 working day.

3. AXA claim assessment

AXA receives all required supporting and completes assessment within 5 working days.

4. AXA’s offer

AXA claims handler releases Acceptance Form for Insured to confirm, sign, stamp and return to AXA.

5. Payment

AXA receives signed and stamped Acceptance Form and releases claim payment within 3 working days.

Loss quantum in excess of HK$200,000

Claim on Office/Shop Contents and Stock with involvement of independent loss adjusters

1. Acknowledge

AXA receives new claim and appoints independent loss adjuster to contact the Insured within 2 working days.

2. Appoint loss adjuster

Loss adjuster (if appointed) will arrange on-site loss inspection within 1 working day.

3. Advance Interim Payment

After on-site inspection, if loss estimation exceeds HK$200,000, AXA will offer an Advance Interim Payment (Around 20% of Sum Insured and up to HK$50,000) to the Insured within 3 working days.

4. Loss Assessment

If claim quantification exceeds HK$200,000 and AXA or loss adjuster receives all required supporting, the assessment will be completed within 5 working days.

5. AXA’s offer

AXA claims handler releases Acceptance Form for Insured to confirm, sign, stamp and return to AXA.

6. Payment

AXA receives signed and stamped Acceptance Form and releases claim payment within 3 working days.
