From June 2021 onwards, we will gradually move our Life, Critical Illness and designated Health Insurance policyholders to eStatement / eAdvice Service. With eStatement / eAdvice Service you can enjoy a safe, convenient and eco-friendly eCommunication journey by receiving policy updates by email and/or SMS, and instantly view your eDocuments via Emma by AXA mobile app and portal. Your eDocuments will be stored safely in Emma by AXA.
You will be notified of your switch-over date by email or SMS. After your switch-over date you will no longer receive paper statements.

Emma by AXA mobile app is only available in Hong Kong and Macau. Customers in Mainland China and other regions can access Emma by AXA’s digital services via the web portal.
