Why Going Green matters?

At AXA, we act for human progress by protecting what matters and are dedicated to creating a sustainable future. To move closer to our Green Goals, we have launched “Let’s Go Green”, an initiative to reduce the 11M sheets of paper we are sending to our customers every year.

What does this mean for me?

From June 2021 onwards, we will gradually move our Life, Critical Illness and designated Health Insurance policyholders to eStatement / eAdvice Service. With eStatement / eAdvice Service you can enjoy a safe, convenient and eco-friendly eCommunication journey by receiving policy updates by email and/or SMS, and instantly view your eDocuments via Emma by AXA mobile app and portal. Your eDocuments will be stored safely in Emma by AXA.

You will be notified of your switch-over date by email or SMS.  After your switch-over date you will no longer receive paper statements.
