From June 2021 onwards, we will gradually move our designated Life, Critical Illness and Health Insurance policyholders to eStatement / eAdvice Service. With eStatement / eAdvice Service you can enjoy a safe, convenient and eco-friendly eCommunication journey by receiving policy updates by email and/or SMS, and instantly view your eDocuments via Emma by AXA mobile app and portal. Your eDocuments will be stored safely in Emma by AXA.
You will be notified of your switch-over date by email or SMS. After your switch-over date you will no longer receive paper statements.
