Before you can begin with AXA Goal, you must:
Follow the steps below if you have Achieved Days missing from your AXA Goal membership:
Check tracking device connection
Check tracking device permissions
Wait 24 hours for a system update
Provide required screenshots to update Achieved Days if they are still missing
Contact your WiseGuard Pro agent or our Customer Service Centre
If you are still missing Achieved Days after checking your tracking device connection and permissions, you will need to capture and send us the following screenshots for requesting an update on Achieved Days :
Once these are verified, we will add the missing Achieved Days to your account.
