Your eligible hospitalisation and surgical expenses will be fully covered¹ without sub-limit constraint for major items such as room & board, surgeon’s fee, anaesthetist’s fee, operating theatre charges and prescribed diagnostic imaging tests, etc.

You will be fully covered² on eligible expenses resulting from cancer treatments (including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy and hormonal therapy) and outpatient kidney dialysis.

You will be fully reimbursed without any waiting period on eligible expenses arising from your unknown pre-existing conditions which you are reasonably unaware of at the time of insurance application, subject to the benefit schedule and the policy contract.

    Semi-annual and monthly premiums of AXA WiseGuard Pro Medical Insurance Plan are calculated by multiplying the annual premium by the applicable modal factor. The modal factor for a basic plan is 0.52 (semi-annual) or 0.09 (monthly). The modal factor for a rider plan is 0.5 / 0.52 (semi-annual) or 0.083334 / 0.09 (monthly), following its basic plan.

    Digital Enrolment Process for easier access to insurance protection from home

    In light of the continuing COVID-19 epidemic, we understand the utmost importance of safety and convenience for our customers. Both existing and new customers who are Hong Kong residents and currently in Hong Kong* can easily apply for AXA WiseGuard Medical Insurance Plan from home through the Digital Enrolment System.

    Our Financial Consultants will explain to customers about the products and documents over the phone, and collect documents via electronic means such as WhatsApp or email.
