Who is eligible for the service?
If the insured is unfortunately diagnosed with a major illness and the Major Illness Benefit becomes payable, the insured is entitled to redeem these services. Policies eligible for this programme are the following:

You will receive the redemption letter from AXA after having the policy above

Call the number in the letter to make an appointment (Upon successful dial, select preferred language, then press "1" and then press "7")
