Can I download Emma by AXA app outside of Hong Kong? 

If you are using iOS or Huawei device, you could change the region to Hong Kong in the setting page, and then download Emma by AXA app directly from App Store / Huawei AppGallery. 

 If you are using other devices, you can follow the next FAQ to download the APK file for installation. 

 Alternatively, you may view your Life policy details via the Emma by AXA portal on emma.axa.com.hk/en/emma. 

 Remarks: Emma by AXA app is currently not available in the mainland China App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery store. 

How to download Emma by AXA app with Android Application Package (APK)?

Steps for installation in your mobile device:
1. Select “System Settings” > “General” > “Security” in your mobile
2. Enable “Unknown Sources”
3. Click here to download the APK file
4. Open the APK file and install
5. Disable “Unknown Sources” after installing Emma by AXA app successfully

Mobile device setting varies in different operating systems or models, the above steps are for reference only.

The following information related to your Life policy(ies) are available in Emma by AXA app/portal:

  • Policy Holder
  • Insured Name
  • Effective Date
  • Policy Status
  • Total Sum Insured / Protection Amount / Benefit Base
  • Payment Information
  • Policy Value

Below information related to the rider(s) are also available:

  • Rider Name
  • Rider Status
  • Total Sum Insured / Benefit Base
What kind of documents can I download from Emma by AXA app?

You may download below documents at "Download Documents" via Emma by AXA app respectively.

Life policy (a total of 7 categories of documents can be downloaded):

  • Policy Contract & Documents
  • eStatements and Annual Summary
  • Policy Servicing
  • Claims
  • Funds and Investments
  • Payments and Premiums
  • Claim Application Documents

Remark:
