- When the insured applies for the policy, AXA will not ask any questions about the insured’s medical history. However, when a claim is made, we will assess whether the medical condition of the insured is a pre-existing condition. Applicant must be aged between 14 days old and 80 years old (inclusive) at the time of application. For a newborn to be insured, he/she must have been fully discharged from the hospital at the time of enrolment. Policy application is also subject to the terms and conditions and availability of GlobalReach at the time of application.
- GlobalReach offers guaranteed renewal until the insured reaches age 100. Subject to all the terms and conditions of the policy contract, you have a guaranteed right to renew the policy by advance payment of the appropriate annual premium on each policy anniversary. If the insured changes the principal country of residence to outside the area of cover, the policy may not be renewed at the next policy anniversary. We reserve our right to terminate the policy if the change will expose us to the risk of breach of any applicable laws or regulations or economic sanctions.
- Pre-existing condition only takes into account the medical conditions within 5 years before the policy date.
Congenital conditions include manifested congenital conditions and non-manifested congenital conditions. Manifested congenital conditions benefit is available only for the Prestige and Comprehensive benefit levels, while non-manifested congenital conditions benefit is available for all benefit levels.

Reward 3D - Max Wealth Insurance Plan (Lump Sum Payment) – Guaranteed Preferential Interest Rate
Reward 3D of the Promotion provides customers an offer of guaranteed preferential interest rate of 4% per annum△ on the prepaid amount for the 1st policy year.
To enjoy this offer, simply opt for lump sum payment arrangement and pay a lump sum payment with levy at the time of application of your Max Wealth Insurance Plan. The lump sum payment with levy to be applied as follows:
(i) pay for annual premium of the 1st policy year and the corresponding levy; and
(ii) deposit fund in advance into the future premium deposit account for premium payment of the 2nd policy year (“Prepaid Amount”) and the corresponding levy. The Prepaid Amount will accumulate interest in the 1st policy year at a guaranteed preferential interest rate of 4% per annum in the future premium deposit account. At the end of the 1st policy year, the interest accrued will be credited to the future premium deposit account, and the Prepaid Amount and its accrued interest will be equal to the annual premium of the 2nd policy year and will be automatically deducted from the future premium deposit account to settle the annual premium for the 2nd policy year and the corresponding levy when due.
