Remarks
- RewardLife Insurance Series includes RewardLife Saver Whole Life Insurance and RewardLife Protector Refundable Term Insurance.
- If the insured passes away on or before the policy anniversary on or immediately following the insured’s 65th birthday, apart from the death benefit of 100% of the sum insured, an additional death benefit of 100% of the sum insured will be paid.
- The underlying cash value rate used to calculate the cash value is guaranteed by the Company. If there is any change in the sum insured, the corresponding cash value will be adjusted accordingly.
- This benefit can be claimed once only. Any diagnosis of Severe Dementias for the purpose of claiming the Dementia Support Benefit must be definitively confirmed by a registered neurologist or a geriatrician and must fulfil the meaning together with the terms and conditions stated in the definition of Severe Dementias in the policy contract. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount payable of this benefit is subject to a maximum of HKD800,000 / USD100,000 / MOP800,000 (as the case may be), and such maximum amount payable is applicable to the aggregate amount of all benefits paid and / or payable for Severe Dementias of the insured under all policies issued by the Company and any authorised insurers in Hong Kong and / or Macau which are affiliated with the Company. For details of Dementia Support Benefit, including any circumstances not covered by this benefit, please refer to the policy contract.
- The amount of Refund of Premium Benefit varies depending on when the premium refund becomes payable. Please refer to the policy contract for details.
- If the insured is diagnosed with a permanent disability on or before the policy anniversary on or immediately following the insured’s 65th birthday, 50% of the sum insured will be paid in advance. This benefit can be claimed once only. Once this benefit is paid, the sum insured should be reduced by 50% and premiums payable will be reduced accordingly, and the calculation of the adjusted premium is based on the reduced sum insured. If this benefit is not payable on or before the policy anniversary on or immediately following the insured’s 65th birthday, this benefit will automatically cease and terminate.

Reward 3D - Max Wealth Insurance Plan (Lump Sum Payment) – Guaranteed Preferential Interest Rate
Reward 3D of the Promotion provides customers an offer of guaranteed preferential interest rate of 4% per annum△ on the prepaid amount for the 1st policy year.
To enjoy this offer, simply opt for lump sum payment arrangement and pay a lump sum payment with levy at the time of application of your Max Wealth Insurance Plan. The lump sum payment with levy to be applied as follows:
(i) pay for annual premium of the 1st policy year and the corresponding levy; and
(ii) deposit fund in advance into the future premium deposit account for premium payment of the 2nd policy year (“Prepaid Amount”) and the corresponding levy. The Prepaid Amount will accumulate interest in the 1st policy year at a guaranteed preferential interest rate of 4% per annum in the future premium deposit account. At the end of the 1st policy year, the interest accrued will be credited to the future premium deposit account, and the Prepaid Amount and its accrued interest will be equal to the annual premium of the 2nd policy year and will be automatically deducted from the future premium deposit account to settle the annual premium for the 2nd policy year and the corresponding levy when due.
