  1. The minimum order quantity is 10 boxes.
  2. For enquiry or order The Wise Man’s Dining, please call 2881 6299, or inbox "賢者之食卓 The Wise Man’s Dining HK " Facebook Fans Page.
  3. We only accept bank transfers or FPS (Faster Payment System).
  4. Customers need to upload the receipts to "賢者之食卓 The Wise Man’s Dining HK " Facebook Fans Page after completing the bank transfer. We will verify the payment with the bank within 5-7 working days and confirm the order within 5 working days. Delivery will be arranged after confirmation.
  5. The receipt image must include the "transfer date", "time", "Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd account number", "customer transfer account number" and "transaction number".
  6. Please take note that any additional fees incurred due to bank transfers will be borne by the customer.
  7. If the delivery address does not have parking or an elevator and requires climbing stairs (or requires climbing stairs before reaching the elevator), the courier company will not deliver to the door and will contact the customer for ground floor pick-up.
  8. Delivery is limited to Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
  9. In case of any dispute, Otsuka Pharmaceutical (H.K.) Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
