First-in-market: Benefits for Hospital Income (COVID-19)

In response to the enduring threat of the pandemic, we enhance our coverage through adding this benefit to our standard policy provision, effective from 1 January 2021.

If insured employees and/or insured dependents of AXA Employee Benefits hospitalisation policies1 are hospitalised2 as a result of confirmed coronavirus disease of 2019  ("COVID-19") infection, AXA will provide:

  • An additional daily hospital cash benefit of HKD/MOP700
  • For a period of up to 45 days3
  • Without waiting period
  • Exclusive for Hong Kong and Macau
Mind Health Digital Tools

We extend our services to insured employees of AXA Employee Benefits policies1, who can now enjoy our digital wellness tools provided by global service providers through Emma by AXA.

Dr@Live - our new teleconsultation service on Emma by AXA app

Dr@Live service is now available on our one-stop digital insurance and health service platform Emma by AXA app. It brings general practitioner and specialist consultation services to the mobile devices of insured employees and dependents of AXA Employee Benefits policies1

  • Reach doctors without going to clinics physically
  • Skip the queue and the crowds especially under a pandemic

If there are any medication or referral letters needed, we can arrange

  • Delivery service to your doorstep
  • Pickup service at designated clinics
